On November 6, 1996, The Segal Law Firm was formed to serve the needs of the working men and women of West Virginia. The firm was founded by a majority of the attorneys of Segal and Davis, L.C. which concluded its affairs on November 5, 1996, when one of its founders, Robin Jean Davis, was elected as a Justice of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals.
